Former Vice President Joe Biden enthusiastically accepted the endorsements of onetime rivals Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobuchar at a rally in Dallas Monday night, in a sign that the Democratic party's moderate wing was rallying behind Biden after his emphatic victory in Saturday's South Carolina primary.
